Our Story

Texas State Hearing Aid Device Center has proudly served Abilene, Texas, and surrounding communities since 1986. For decades, our practice has been dedicated to helping people find the hearing solutions and personalized support they need to better connect with the world around them. We serve patients throughout the surrounding counties and across Texas with compassionate care, professional guidance, and a commitment to helping every patient feel heard.

Our story began with a passion for helping people. The owner first started as an employee at Texas State Hearing Aid Device Center and, over the years, developed a deep appreciation for the opportunity to make a difference in people's lives through better hearing. Eventually purchasing the business, that same passion for helping others continues to guide the care we provide today.

At Texas State Hearing Aid Device Center, we believe hearing care should be personal. One of the things that makes our practice special is the relationships we build with our patients. To us, our patients become like family. We take the time to listen, answer questions, explain options, and provide ongoing support throughout the hearing care process.

Our services include professional hearing evaluations and cognitive testing, helping us better understand each patient's individual needs. Hearing concerns can affect communication, confidence, relationships, and everyday experiences, which is why we believe in taking the time to provide thoughtful, personalized attention rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

We offer a full range of hearing aids, supplies, batteries, and accessories, along with the continued service and support needed after a hearing device is selected. Our team provides hearing aid adjustments, cleaning, repair, setup assistance, app assistance, wax cleaning, and education to help patients feel comfortable and confident using their hearing devices.

Our commitment does not end after a hearing aid is purchased. Complete aftercare is an important part of what we do. Whether you need an adjustment, help connecting an app, a repair, cleaning, or simply have a question about your device, our team is here to provide dependable support.

As we continue to grow, our goal remains the same: to continue serving people throughout Texas with the individualized care and compassion they deserve. Since 1986, Texas State Hearing Aid Device Center has been committed to helping patients improve their hearing and quality of life through knowledgeable service and genuine personal care.

If you are concerned about your hearing, need help with an existing hearing device, or are looking for professional guidance on your hearing options, we invite you to visit Texas State Hearing Aid Device Center and experience the difference personalized hearing care can make.
